finally the tables are turned.  We get to wake Caroline up for a change.

Santa stopped by McLane st this evening. 

It was awesome.  We have ourselves a pretty cool neighborhood here.  Can't wait till next year.  Maybe she won't scream her head off.

This song is by a band called "The Terrible Twos"  Matt Pryor of "The Get Up Kids" and "The New Amsterdams" is the lead singer.  This is what you call tolerable and actually decent children's music.

Friday Caroline received some shots.  Friday was a rough day for Caroline and Rachael.  Friday night she got her first fever.  This video is from Sat. morning.  The rest of saturday was not that pleasant, though she had no fever.  We think she may be very close to showing us some teeth.  Grandma Barb came up for theday helped us out a great deal so we could accomplish some stuff around the house.  Sunday morning is looking pretty good so far.

almost 6 months old

I taught Caroline to say Da...Da... yesterday.  yup we have the smartest kid in the world.  She feeds herself now as you will see in the photo.  I did a little test last night, Caroline was being fussy so i played trailer for Toy Story 3.  You'll notice the shot where she is glued tube.  The TV never goes on in our house when she is awake.  Watching her last night lost in what was on the screen was frightening.
